Property decisions made in plain language.

The Yasad Group Property Investments works with homeowners and investors across Texas — buying homes directly, connecting properties to the right buyers, and helping families understand their options when a mortgage falls behind.

What we do

Three service lines, one standard of clarity.

01

Real Estate Investing

We acquire and hold residential property with a long view. Sellers get a straightforward offer and a closing timeline they can plan around; partners get disciplined underwriting rather than optimism.

02

Wholesaling

When a property is a better fit for another buyer, we connect it to our network. The homeowner still receives a clear written offer, and every party knows our role in the transaction before anything is signed.

03

Loss Mitigation & Foreclosure Assistance

If you have fallen behind, you still have options — reinstatement, modification, short sale, or an outright purchase. We walk through each one plainly, including the ones that do not involve us, and we encourage you to speak with an attorney.

About

Founded on stewardship, not pressure.

The Yasad Group Property Investments was founded by Te'Erah Yasad, who built the company around a simple conviction: a family's home is not a transaction to be won. It is a responsibility to be handled carefully.

That faith- and family-driven view shapes how we work. We explain the numbers before we ask for a signature. We name the options that do not benefit us. And we tell people plainly when the right next call is to an attorney or a housing counselor instead of to us.

We operate primarily in Texas and work in other states as the situation warrants.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. Step 01

    Tell us about the property

A short conversation about the home, the mortgage, and the timeline you are working with.

  2. Step 02

    We review the situation

We look at condition, payoff, liens, and any foreclosure dates, then confirm what we find with you.

  3. Step 03

    You receive written options

Every path available to you in writing — what each one costs, what it pays, and how long it takes.

  4. Step 04

    You decide

If you move forward with us, we set the closing. If another path serves you better, we say so.
